I’ve been using the pharmacy for the past 8 years now. What wonderful service. Yes line ups are long but its costco so come on. Plus they have lowest dispensing fee. The workers are all friendly, and efficient. Gail, in particular is amazing also able to answer questions and has great knowledge. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

They never answer the phone. They have lost prescriptions. This is not pandemic related, it’s not like they suddenly have thousands of new prescriptions to fill.

Staff is not very nice.. we were there for prescription medication and there was some confusion on the bill prepared so we asked for little help the lady first reacted like we are asking huge favour .. rolling eyes for no reason, and then asked us to wait (and she walked away from the counter for 10 min) came back and says we need to wait till she finished all the others in line.. however people in line were ok to wait but she was not.. very rude act for nothing.. will never use pharmacy here.. we walked without explaination.. other costco locations are better for pharmacy like ajax and Scarbrough.

Fast to fill prescriptions, especially upon request. Nice staff and knowledgeable pharmacists.
