I am so shocked when I had my meeting with Alex (the owner and immigration consultant) at his office. They always say first impression is the last impression. I had an appointment at his office at 4:30 pm, I was punctual and he kept me waiting for 5 minutes while he worked on his other clients files and totally ignoring me. I sat right across from him and I can see 3 of his client’s passport left out in the opening with no privacy or confidentiality whatsoever. His office is so messy and disorganized with documents everywhere including on the floor. I told him that my parking car meter will expire in 30 minutes and that I would like to proceed with the meeting as scheduled. He looked at me with his glasses and replied, “I don’t work well under pressure”. At that point, I realized this guy is so unprofessional so I got up and left. Initially, he sounds really nice on the phone but man, this guy is more like a sleazy, greedy car salesman! Base on my experience, I would never recommend him to anyone I know even if he is last person on this planet. So unprofessional and so obnoxiously rude. No class and manner. Awful customer service.

I have known Khoa, the owner of Bon Voyage professionally since 2016. He’s very knowledgeable, honest and is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met in my entire life. I have referred him numerous clients looking to settle permanently in Canada and they have all been 100% pleased with his services. Bon Voyage is very effective at helping regular people navigate the complex and bureaucratic immigration system. Highly recommended.
