I bought from them an ink for my printer NX420 , and it was a total garbage , no ink has worked and even more the black ink got not recognized from the printer total waste of money , this wil be the first and last time i bought from this company

Do not buy these products – they are defective and do not work !
I bought a double pack of XL cartridges – 1 black, 1 color. The color never worked, the printer says “no cartridges installed” when I put it in. The black one seemed good for the first ten pages, and since then I get a “cartridge jam” every time I come to print (in black and white since their color one was worth nothing…) I wrote to the company about it. They never even bothered to reply. SCAMMERS.

0 customer service, you better go with amazon. didn’t get my item and it’s been mounts waiting for their reply, I have to go through my credit card CC to get my money back! (see other reviews, many people in the same situation!!)

I found that generally prices are good, but the quality & service of their product is also lower.
I have a toner that is leaving regular spots like the print roller has a damaged spot.
I complained and they said they would replace it, but I think they have forgotten about me.
I have had a couple toners that leaked toner, but they replaced them but it took a while.
They’re ok if you want to save a little money and if you are able to go without your printer for a while due to toner problems.
I have a local toner store that I use as a back up to replace failed toners and a couple of printers. I’m thinking of switching to the local store to for the more consistent quality and faster service.

bought deskjet HP20 ink. looked every store possible in town but failed. first time customer at 123INK.ca. excellent product. fast service. top rating for sure and will be back. Thank you.
