I’m not one to write reviews but I needed to share my experience. I love this shop! I always receive great service, they are friendly, professional and fast. I’ve gone to them for years and so grateful for this little local business. I’d much rather fix my favorite pair of shoes then have to run out to buy a new pair. I get attached to my shoes. Brought in a pair of winter boots to get calf adjusted. I was very skeptical about getting it altered. Boot was bought on line did not want to be bothered with the hassle of returning so I decided to gamble . I talk with shoe maker asking him if I would be happy with finish product he said definitely.

He gave me his words on timing and cost ect. So I decided for him to proceed.

When I went to pick up finish product I was pretty satisfied, was professional done like new coming from factory.
He was very much with his words on timing and how he would make me happy.

I have been taking Coats, Boat Covers and shoes/ boots to be fixed and repaired and/or stretched for many many years. Always awesome service and great attitude. Was always told up front what to expect in the repair and feel the the prices are very fare. I am not a throw it away type of person if I can find the right perfect place for repairs.

I have been going here for years. I have never thought to write a review.
I simply needed an eyelet replaced on my boot. I asked if it could be done quickly. Even though he was busy, he readjusted and helped me out. I always find them very friendly and helpful. They are always honest about what can and possibly can’t be done. The quality of the repair is better than new. The price reasonable for the work being done. I recommend them to everyone. Very professional service and always friendly.
