I come here every 3 weeks to cut my hair. His prices are fair and the services are good. I believe he also does colouring and all sorts of other services that I’ve not needed.

Been going to Alex as a happy customer For 11 years now since I was 19, he used to have cute girls do hair washing for him but last few years he just does it himself, which is perfectly fine.
If you are concerned about prices – Hair cut prices have gone up from 28 dollars in 2008 to 37 dollars today, so still very reasonable and competitive with PMALL prices and compared to some trendy places downtown which charge over 50 for similar level work. His skills are good, can do super trendy stuff, but I mostly stick with the tried and true styles. Always looked forward to getting a new hair cut to start a new challenge in life or re-style for a new phase of life. Can’t go wrong with this guy, he is chill but honest and will tell you if a certain style will not work for you. if you are unsure and looking for a good barber to stick with for the rest of your days, this is the place to go.

Remember to call ahead to book, he can Usually accommodate you even if you call 1-2 hours ahead. If you just drop in without appointment and he’s busy with customers, then he might tell you to wait or come back another time.
