Dr. Heidi Eaton has been amazing, not only did she show me the extent of my hearing loss, she worked with me to find the right hearing aids for my active lifestyle. After she fitted me and tuned them perfectly for me i enjoyed an immediately enhancement quality of life with family friends and at work. The helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism were amazing and i was extremely grateful for her help and insight. I assumed this would be the end of of this journey, until i lost one of my aids while out of the country. I had become so accustom to great hearing that when i lost the one aid, i felt like i lost my hearing. I was pretty upset so i contacted Dr. Heidi right away, on a Saturday, she responded within minutes saying “don’t worry, i will check and see if you are still covered under your insurance”. She got back to me on Monday confirming that it was still covered and that she had ordered a replacement at the same time. As i live in NL, Dr Heidi could not program the new aid for me so, she contacted a colleague in NL, who agreed to meet me, retest my hearing, and then programmed my new hearing aid, the day i returned and my hearing was fully restored with no hassles, no details and no costs.
This level of service is amazing and in my experience rare and while more hearing aids perform the same function, few audiology companies or audiologist provide this level of service. Dr. Heidi thank you so much for making this whole process so quick and easy, it was truly fantastic.

Dr Eaton was knowledgeable, was able to quickly diagnose my hearing loss and prescribe appropriate solutions.
