What a lovely little B&B. The hosts are kind and attentive. Everything you would expect is provided. The bed was comfortable, the shower was roomy, and the back porch and garden were welcoming and sweet. Breakfast was fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, and a croissant, with coffee, orange juice, and milk. Pricing was quite reasonable and competitive. Downtown is a bit of a walk (~2.5km) but that wasn’t a problem. I would give it 6 stars if I could. I’ll definitely be returning!

The room smelled of mold. Smoke detectors had been removed. Owner said he credit card machine was broken and she would need to be paid in cash only.

The room I had booked looked nice online. Arrived there and the owner said her debit machine was broken and wanted cash, now looking more into reviews I see she has been saying that for 3 years. I was led behind the house into a basement room. Right away the room stunk so bad I knew I wasn’t staying. It was a musty smell and also a urine smell. I walked into the washroom and right away saw mold. I also noticed the smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling.
I opened the mini fridge out of curiosity and there was a half empty bottle of water inside. It didn’t take me long to leave.. She told me I had to cancel on Booking.com where I had booked or I was going to be charged, which is confusing because she told me she wanted cash.. This place should be shut down..
