I always enjoy Atlantica Hotel. They recently are going under renovations so its a bit dusty which is to be expected. The staff are always helpful and nice.

I remember my experience with this hotel as quite unpleasant. My family and I were on a trip by tour bus with many other people and in our stay in Nova Scotia, this hotel was booked for us to spend the night in. Once we walked into our room, everything looked alright, nothing noticeably dirty…that is until I checked the bed sheets. There were bed stains on the sheets in one bed and pizza crumbs on the other one. I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed. The sheets looked well fitted and organized but what was under it was displeasing. I also checked the washroom to see if there were any grime of some sort and thankfully there wasn’t. It didn’t look clean even though there wasn’t anything prominently dirty. Of course we didn’t forget about the bed sheets, so we called for customer service. They answered through the half working phone and told us that they’ll be here in around 10 minutes. We ended waiting for 45 minutes and finally got our sheets changed. The staff didn’t have a favorable attitude. After that night, I never wanted to go back there ever again. Terrible.

Wonderful view from the 14th floor. We came for a staycation in our own city in the middle of a pandemic, so understand my review is based on a hotel that is both undergoing extensive renovations AND a pandemic. Our recently renovated room was comfortable and lovely. However, we had a few minor housekeeping issues – lack of bath towels, decaf k-cups, a bit of old dried urine on the bottom of the toilet seat. I have written to the hotel but have not yet received a reply (it’s still less than 12h since we checked out so that is fine).

I would stay here again assuming the housekeeping issues don’t happen in “normal” times.

Despite renovations the hotel was clean, service excellent and friendly. Room was big. I liked no carpets , carpets are gross let’s me honest. Hopefully they realized thr bathroom tap is set too far back on the sink before renovating all rooms. Should also add a bath mat and face cloths. Just some feedback:) I would stay here again for sure!

They do well, their room service wasn’t bad. However not cheap. Over all my stay was nice. Its close to the hospital and at the Willow Tree. So it can get noisy. Cleanliness wasn’t bad considering.
