Cheap and best service so far i have experienced in Montréal. Guy is very nice and cooperative.

I took my Audi A3 for an oil change and was given a quote of CA$50 (oil and filter included) by that Vi guy. I acknowledged him to go for it. Took around 1 hour for an oil change.

After they were done with oil change, I was given final quote of CA$80. I asked him why? And he said he gave me Synthetic oil, for which he and his subordinate never talked about. Vi kept insisting on me telling his mechanic to go for Synthetic, but his subordinate didn’t speak English at all and I never said anything as such. Even Vi never quoted me price of Synthetic oil at all before agreeing to anything. To make matters worse, he even rudely shouted at his mechanic to take oil out of my car when I insisted on paying only CA$50, the initial amount we agreed upon.

Sad part is that I was referred to him by my very good friend and he himself felt embarrassed after hearing my experience. My advice for all is to avoid this business or get the actual quote in writing or make a video of him telling you quote, because trusting this guy with your car is the last thing you want to do.

Please do yourself a favor and do not go fix your car at this place, none of the mechanics there are certified mechanics they don’t know how to detect problems or to change parts without breaking something else in the car I’ve give them to many chance to fix my car because it was supposed to be cheaper but ended up costing me more every time even a simple oil change the mechanic over tie the bolt and screwed my oil pan ended up costing me 400$ to fix for a 30$ simple job.
