Here are 5 mistakes we made while buying our vehicle.

1-all the papers were wrong name badly written and wrong date of birth

2-the winter tires were not in the vehicle on delivery and nobody knew where it was 1 week later we are called to collect them

3- the tires did not have a rim which was expressly requested “we are told that we have to pay them that the seller seller claims not to have had this request ….

4- the check for the qst payable to the saaq is incorrect 300 surprises to pay the taxes are calculated on the sale price displayed and not on the value at the saaq, however included in the loan.

5- 3 weeks after recovering the vehicle a certain Sébastien in charge of finance asks us for the pay stub he would have lost it I inform him of all our problems and tells him that he wants to wait for it to be settled before sending him .. threatens us that we are not the owner of the vehicle and that he can recover it ….

Basically no professionalism and non-existent after-sales service.
