Cannot find details on the policy of how they work with preauthorized payments and seriously they charge way too much if a payment does not go through. Was given a quote and they debit actually more from the account have to find out with the consumer protection if they have a right to debit from your account without any warning such as email etc if it is not the date mentioned because that is just screwing the customer over and will be cancelling the insurance no doubt about it wonderful first experience with an insurance company WOW

Called over the phone and had multiple vehicle and residential insurance in no time.
My brother and his wife suggested them to e and I am glad they did

Best place to insure your tesla. Others cant even compair as far a price and services /perks offered to new or existing tesla owners.

Incredibly unprofessional agency. Telephone numbers on my policy don’t work, and fax is disconnected. Have to call Aviva Canada and be transferred to them. Employee “Vitaly”, was condescending, impatient and downright rude. Hung up on me twice. Buy hey, it took me 10 minutes to get insurance elsewhere after 15 years with these guys, plus I got a better policy for less $$$, so good riddance.
Avoid these people, especially “Vitaly”. Shady outfit, just collecting commissions.
