Food is decent, beer is great and they have an amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately if you don’t tip at least 15% the waitress Rebecca will be very vocal about it. I’ve gone there about 10 times now and I still plan on going, I never write reviews, but getting berated when walking in the restaurant by the waitress who served you last time because she was unhappy with her tip is insane. Would recommend to anyone, just don’t go there and tip anything less than 15% or you will be sorry.. lol

Good food and beer. Tip at least 15% if you plan on returning or else waitress Rebecca will berate you before being seated for not tipping enough the last time you were in, even though most of your table had tipped at least 15% last time.

This was the first time I have had the experience of waitresses being rude over a lower tip before a meal, as a regular customer. Management seems to think nothing is wrong with this practice either and will side with the waitress.

Not a great incentive to return!

New to the area and looking for my new watering hole. The service I experienced was atrocious. Took forever to get served. No hello, no acknowledgment of the wait time (wasn’t busy). Was rude and never asked me if I wanted another drink as I sat there empty for 15 minutes as he walked by me at least 6 times.

Fantastic place with an awesome patio. Excellent beet menu! A must visit on Gatineau and a place I will visit again! The vegetarian nachos were a good option for a group of four. I recommend getting one half pint of Indiana quebelgese for the meal.

This place has fantastic beer and great staff. I am bilingual, so are the staff so you will feel comfortable in either language during your visit. The food is high quality and I can’t seem to get enough of their tartare. Of course you come for the beer, however this place adds a great dining experience with a wonderful patio. Servers are responsive and know their products. I have yet to feel disappointed and I don’t think they’re capable of that, so I think I’ll continue to enjoy every visit. This place is a win for dining and local beer.
