I’ve worked in a café and I know how the simple things can make a huge difference in the experience. When business is slower you wipe down all the surfaces, straighten the tables, and of course you listen closely to what the customer asked for. I came in here when it wasn’t busy at all. The drinks were good and the server was nice, but the place was a total mess. I asked for my drink to stay because really avoid to-go cups, but despite being the only order up at the moment they didn’t communicate my request to… the person standing next to them. When a place is busy I totally understand letting small things slide, but when the place is quiet it’s hard to understand why it has to be such a mess. If it’s going to be like that then I’d rather just go to Breka across the street.

I want to highlight the barista’s at this location. The young Korean man who works at night, often wearing a baseball cap, provides a level of attention to drinks and clients that makes me feel at home. This level of service is the reason I am a regular here.

Blenz coffee is one of the best places for perfect coffee/hot chocolate etc etc. I feel the premium taste at this place(Blenz)

Unfortunately they are closed till January 2021. I had a great time there thru the summer and Fall. Vivian and Alex and Maruko were great staff! They made some great drinks with a smile!
