Store is great but the customer service is absolutely terrible, staff always talking to each other never concered about helping customers.

Cool place to eat, but it’s far too busy and the food was not good at all. It was comparable to a fast food meal. For their prices, I expected a better more quality plate than what we got.

The boathouse is awesome! The staff is excellent very friendly and helpful. They have a large menu to choose from and great daily soecials. You can make reservations and would recommend that on the weekends as they are very busy in the summertime. They have a nice patio that over looks our beauiful harbour. The sunsets are so awesome. Would strongly recommend this restaurant to my friends and visitors to or city.

My husband leukemia, so we celebrated a very special 8 year wedding anniversary on August 1 2020. We contacted the Boathouse to make a reservation… even though they don’t normally do reservations with huge lines just to get in the door, they heard our story and went above and beyond to reserve a private table waterside just for us and our 2 service animals. The staff, manager and owner should be recognized for their kindness and compassion… accommodating us when they didn’t need to. Everything we perfect! The menu is extensive with creative takes on seafood classics. The food and drinks are outstanding! The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the patio overlooking the marina was special and memorable… that is hard to find anywhere. All I can say is thank you so very much for being part of our very special anniversary. We are lifelong customers now!
