I have shopped at a few Bogart’s Jewellers stores but I am more familiar with my own hometown store in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I usually seek out Jacquie Penney when I shop there because she gives excellent service – very patient, not pushy with sales but knows exactly how to find the perfect product that’s best for me! What amazes me most about her is that she can often recall what you bought (without even checking the computer or previous documentation). She cares about her customers and that’s important when looking for repeat business! I will continue to shop there not only because the store is clean and inviting, the products are beautiful, and the quality is 2nd to none other, but because the staff realize that customer service matters!
