I have been to see the Shop, very nice place in addition it is 3 minutes from my house BUT !!! I ask for prices they tell me they come back to me. After 2 months still nothing. I rewrite and I am told that I had been forgotten, then 5 months later still nothing. I never bought at this place. She tells me that she will send me a price but still nothing. So avoid if you don’t want to waste your time. I always order my wood from Ontario, faster, and they give the prices in 2 days. So sorry Bois Expansion but your Customer Service is Hyper Bad.

Voicemail messages not changed, so I show up on a Saturday and it’s closed when the message says the store closes at 1:00 pm!
It’s frustrating when you just drive 30 minutes !!

Nice warehouse, lots of wood available, but little choice of plank. Certainly in very poor condition, ie unworkable. But the clerk at the counter did everything to be able to get me quality parts
