Woman there did not know what she was talking about

Dealing with this store has been such a pain the store manger has no customer service skills what so ever.

Purchased “leather” saddlebags for my bike at Boutique of Leathers/Open Road in Red Deer back in May. Store associate assured they were leather. They were not. They turned out to be PVC. 3 Weeks after purchase they caught fire while riding. Fire burned a hole on one side and caught my jeans on the inside of saddlebag on fire. Reached out to store. Store took 1.5 weeks to respond completely. Said neither the owner or manufacturer accepted responsibility for product. Owner is Barry Lammle of Lammle’s Western Wear. Wonder what other kinds of safety risk they are placing the public under??
