Public and quiet space. Sometimes we meet great people. But in general people do not even say “hi”

No cash dispensers and non-functional soap dispenser … Not very convenient for passing visitors :(

This laundry room is very poorly maintained; for over a week, five drying machines have not been working. The hot water washing machines (Ha! Ha! Ha!) Run in cold water! So the customer gets stolen … false advertising.
No paper for the hands. Dirty toilet, dirty floor, carpet at the entrance very very dirty.
Must we make a complaint to the City of Rivière du Loup for insalubrity especially in period of Covid 19 !!
Should we refer to the Consumer Protection Office ?!
A few months ago, there was an employee who lived upstairs and regularly came downstairs.
I’m thinking of taking a class action lawsuit and asking for $ 5. by customer cheated by thieving machines and / or always broken.

Last chance for the bad owner who thinks only of pocketing: when you have a business, you take care of it!
