TJ at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and polite. He called to make sure we were still in need of the rental (we were late in arriving to pick it up) and then had everything ready for a fast rental. The car is in great shape and he was able to switch our date to accommodate us, with a smile! We will definitely use Budget when we are in Canada next summer!

This is a story of two halves. Thank you to TJ manager of budget car rental in Belleville for helping resolve the problem created by Budget at Toronto Pearson Airport who allocated me a car of the wrong category without explanation. In fact they were extremely rude and had zero customer service. They then didn’t answer their phone which meant I had to spend precious days of my holiday trying to find a suitable car that was big enough to get us back to the airport. TJ at Belleville managed to source me s suitable car and was extremely helpful when we arrived to do a swap. Thank you. I will be contacting Budget Toronto Pearson direct to complain about the service I originally received and would never recommend you use the branch at the airport

Very Upset with the Car Rental at Budget . So upsetting and disappointing will tell all my friends not to go there. I planned my holidays for Aug 10-aug 13 and have worked many hours to make sure everything is covered. When I got there the man at the desk said they place a 350.00 hold on your card. NO WHERE on the site they say they place a hold on your card for that amount. NO PLACE. yes I had the car rental covered and was going to pay cash at the desk .So disappointing as I planned this for a month had I know I would have made sure it was all covered. I have a terminal ill friend I have known since I was 9 years old and had planned to see that’s like a hour away. then to visit the beach where I grew up. SO Upset and so furious as NO WHERE it is states this. Next time under terms and agreement it states that for the next person so there not disappointed . This is Thumbs down for me

So tomorrow I have to return my rental. There was a little mix up picking up a car on Friday but the problem was resolved immediately! I want to thank the person that looked after me..Because of my situation I was treated with great respect and my car was upgraded as mine was not in at the time. It was a bonus for me! I got to take a brand new BMW to London to visit my daughter! I don’t want to return it tomorrow! Thanks again for everything! My trip was amazing and I got to drive in style! Definitely would recommend this company! Also the rates were cheaper than other places!

This location is awesome its always quick but yet connected with thier customers. Would definitely recommend this location.
