wanted to change days for my booking. They never helped me to do it. Charged me 2 days for that PLUS 1 EXTRA DAY for 30 for nothing. GUY AT THE DESK IS SO RUDE AND TRIED TO BRIBE ME INTO CHANGING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW TO REIMBURSE ME AND NEVER DID. Called head office and customer services and they didnt even want to give any confirmation number and any help. LOST OVER 600$ AND 7 DAYS ARGUING WITH THEM FOR GAS AND KM FEES IVE NEVER USED. WORST COMPANY DO NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THEM.

Everything was better than I expected. I did a lot of research on rental cars and this was my best option. It turned out to be a great decision and would definitely rent from them again!

Not really a good place to rent a car. They do not have many options. Also i rented twice and the condition of the cars were just satisfactory. Staff doesn’t look so friendly, no smile, nothing. They however look too busy. You may have to wait sometimes. Lastly, the worst part is that they lock their parking lot after working hours. So if you plan to leave the car after office hours, then you cant.

the staff ia just amazing!! i am with them for more than 1 year and a half and the service was always perfect! the price is really really good and yoi have good stuff i recommend this place!!
