Ben from this location is NOT supportive of other businesses at all as I tried to reach out and be sincere to be suggested for the work I do and he was just rude and dismissive. So opinion wise I suggest just trying another storage centre, one who cares about you as a customer and as a person, move on! Some people are just the Ben’s of the world…uncaring and not into helping anyone else out BUT himself from his reply back to me. Just fell on deaf, insensitive ears.

Horrible and rude customer service over the phone. I would rather pay more and take my business elsewhere.

I have been storing items for the past year @ Budget, 820 Notre Dame Dr. and moved to 4 or 5 different lockers. The staff have been amazing, always accommodating & making my several moves easier. They are extremely helpful and friendly even during their rebuild on their office. Thank you!! Chris, Kristen, Carly, Keith & the others I dealt with there! When I moved out this month it felt like I was leaving friends :)

Great Example of Bad customer service!
We arrived around 430 with a truck full of boxes, the customer service rep did not let us check-in even though we have booked it weeks in advance! We requested them many times as all other storage in town were closed. No luck! Would never go back!
