This dentist seems appealing at first because of the affordability, but unfortunately you sacrifice in quality of work.
I had a molar where the filling fell out because of tooth decay, and I went to Burnaby Dental Group to get it fixed. This was mid May.
I booked a cleaning/checkup early September because I was having tooth pain in the same tooth. The dentist told me that the tooth had decay on it again. I was surprised, as it had only been 4 months since they “fixed” it. I asked for an estimate and they wanted to charge me full price for a tooth they obviously didn’t fix in the first place. I expressed my concern about this issue, and they ended up ignoring my emails.
Very disappointing end result and will be taking my business elsewhere.
