The worst service I received in my life. I went there twice and got treated very disrespectfully. It’s worth going further to avoid being served by them.

Did not want to give me my package despite the many pieces of ID and proof of residence. We had to get angry and stay 25 minutes. It’s a pretty shady place.

The worst point of UPS service I have ever seen. I moved to get my package (which they were supposed to have), when I arrived, I waited more than 20 minutes in lines to finally be told to come back later because they had not nothing received (without even looking). I called later to ask if they had received my package for not moving for nothing. They refused to tell me, I asked them why and their answer: I do not have to do it and it does not tempt me.

Ridiculous this place.

Never had bad service like this anywhere in my life, so that is saying something. The man at the counter was extremely rude and refused to give me my package. I had to call the company with which I had placed my order so that they divert my package to another point of service, which was done. Very distressing. This place should close.

Quel façon ridicule de traiter avec le public…. UPS dois trouver un autre point de service rapidement…

Comical way to do customer service. Ups will have to try to deliver more then one time to keep their retail and wholesale customers.
