Practical set of shops and services for locals e.g, family pizza restaurant, pharmacy, phone shop, mattress store, convenience store, etc. The convenience store (Monde des bières) is interesting for visitors too for its wide selection of microbrews from Québec and Europe and selection of sausages. The restaurant Pizza Royale serves generous portions of pizza and fries and they have pretty decent Italian wine. The Jean Coutu pharmacy there is the best furnished one in the neighbourhood
in terms of pharmacy goods, even compared to the huge Pharmaprix further down the road.

Good marketplace with lot of space the park the car, only bad side is the entrance which are kind of wrongly placed.

Stores are great and stay for while which mean business are good.

I was a loyal Jean Coutu customer for 15+ years but stopped the pharmacy counter because the pharmacist with the black hair at this branch is very rude.
I occasionally go here because the next branch is in another neighborhood. I have switched all my prescription drugs to pharmaprix down the street.
