Great place to get great deals on kids clothes

I placed 2 orders online a month a part and there was an error in processing both orders. I was not notified that either order didn’t go through, the only communication I received was that they were working on my order. I contacted customer service after the first Order to inquire where it was and was told there was an error processing it and to reorder. So I did. After a couple of weeks I checked my account and my 2nd order wasn’t showing up so I contacted customer service again and this time was told a character in the mailing address made the order have an error in processing so it did not go through and was told to reorder. I am very frustrated because once I replied back to customer service both times, no one ever replied to me again. I didn’t receive a notification either time saying there was an error in my order and both times I ordered items on sale and that were on clearance and the clearance items are no longer available and the items on sale are no longer on sale.

I really like the clothes from here but sometimes they are rude,when I want to ask for something ,they say I dont have more Items but they dont let met say anything they don’t wait for you and they don’t let you speak first, if I go with my kids they put bad face they are just kids and they can be messy and loudy 😒

I love shopping at Carter’s! All of the items are decently priced and they always have sales.
