The gentleman that owns this storage facility. Is very rude was not interested in customer service. He actually hung up the phone during my asking about renting storage. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Just ignorant

Absolutely worst customer service, the owner is very rude & is not understanding of anyones situation, he charges way more than one should, he goes threw belongings & steals/ allows stealing on his property. He is not a friendly person; hes only looking to make money & screw over the next family. Please do not take your business to him.

Marc and his staff are always professional and willing to help with anything you may need. Clean units, open 24 hrs and a great security system throughout the facility. I’ve also rented U-Haul through Marc, and had an easy, hassle-free experience with that as well – which hasn’t always been the case with other U-Haul places….highly recommend this storage location!
