Good place to shop for appliances. Has knowledgeable staff and is competative. They only do appliances and have a good selection.

Very good service. Sales lady tried to speak English. Very happy about that. So will definitely go again. Not pushy. Great

I visited the store as I have purchased a washer dryer previously and needed to equip my new build chalet with all new appliances. I wanted to look at Fisher & Paykel for their slim fridges and dishwasher drawers. I walked into the store, waited behind the red rope for a while and eventually an older man came to us and said “ can I help you” I answered that yes I wanted to come and look at appliances ( in french- I’m from the UK but I speak french albeit with an English accent) so I asked: can I come in? He said very dismissively, no that I needed to go and make an appointment and I could not just browse and he wouldn’t have much stock anyway and I probably would have to wait months for my selections…Blah blah blah.. I was shocked. This was on day 4 of store openings in Quebec. He didn’t know how long I could wait for appliance ( til summer) or that I had come specifically to buy a high end brand. Not only did he lose my business, my friend mentioned that she was going to “go to Corbeil to get a washer dryer because they deliver to the lake once a week”. I convinced her to come with me to a competitor. Really sad, as I love the Panier Bleu effort and thought the company was better than this.
