Pharmacy staff is not reliable when you go back to pick up your prescription make sure that you are being given the right kind of medicine which you have been taking for a so long. To make more money they change the product to some cheaper name brand with the same salt.If the have to do so they should have your consent and then do it. It happened to me three times when I had to waste my time going back to the Pharmacy .Every time Pharmacist apologized and game me the real brand.

I was in a hurry today and also completely out of my diabetic medication. Did i mention I hadn’t even dropped off the script yet? I gave it to the person at the counter, asked how long while explaining I needed the meds but was very much in a hurry as well. They had me out of there in a half hour and smiled the whole time. The dispensing fee doesn’t break you either.
Sometimes it can be a real zoo at Costco just because they are so in demand, but they come thru in those crunch times when I really need them.

The employees here are awesome, I’ve never had a bad experience for over a year of getting my prescriptions here. They have better prices than shoppers drug mart, and the quality of service puts SDM to shame.
The lines during peak hours can build up, but I’ve never spent more than half an hour, and that was during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic when the rest of the store was packed.
You don’t need a membership either, and employees know to let you bypass the lineup for the warehouse in & out.

Staff rude and unhelpful, when I said I would transfer my prescription to another pharmacy they said “great”. That is how they deal with their loyal customers.
