One of the only Couche-Tard to have the Frosters !!! :) (Soda slush!) Lots of space to refuel! One more!
A few weeks ago I came to the station to wash my car. I just bought a wash and presented my CAA card, no problem. The next day I went with another car and it was just like washing and I presented my CAA card to get points. Yesterday I came back to the station to wash my car, and this time we did not want to accept to take my CAA card saying that just for washing we do not pass the CAA card. A surprise because all purchases at Couche-Tard normally accept CAA cards to accumulate points in dollars.
3 times served by a Vicky beast as a foot. She even obstinate with a client in front of me that she was not stupid …
However, I have never seen her with a smile and she is super cold.
Too bad, but if there is just her next time, I turn around …
When working in customer service, you should at least smile 😉
