While on holiday we had an issue with our water leaking and even though we had appointment and they were close to closing they totally checked out and sorted us out, saving the trip! Awesome customer service and knowledge :)

Byron came to my house, within an hour of contacting him, to check my RV because I believed I had a propane leak. My propane sniffer went off every time I turned the heat on. Turned out I had a rodent that chewed through the wires and needed my outdated propane sniffer changed. His van was equipped to do everything he needed…no running back to the shop to get tools or parts! He had a new upgraded propane sniffer/ carbon monoxide detector on board and installed it along with new wiring. He took the time to point out some things I could to to ensure my unwanted rat guest didn’t return. I was able to pay him right on the spot using a debit/ credit card! Excellent service, super fast, and convenient! Thank You!!!!

We are so grateful for the excellent service we received at Courtenay RV Specialists. We needed a major repair on our camper and they did an excellent job of fixing it. We have had a few other jobs done there and have always come away feeling like they treated us well, kept us informed, and gave us a fair price. We recommend them to anyone that asks us about where to have work done.

Furnace motor died and the parts/service department had a motor ordered and on the way within an hour while the other dealers I called have not yet returned my calls and while on the phone the other dealers gave me the impression the order was not big enough plus their price was almost double that of Courtenay RV.
