Only 2 stars because of Dr. Gill.

Have had problems with a few of the over the phone staff and one of the female clinical doctors.

Treated terribley for mental health.

Gill is good, his reception team is not.

If I could give this clinic a -10 rating I would Anne, one of the receptionist is very ignorant I called several times to be send by a doctors even requested to be seen in the after hours clinic SHE REFUSED TO BOOK ME! This is outrageous for a family health clinic. How pathetic, I need to be seen by a doctors to have a stitch removed that’s been in for over a month, seriously thinking of finding another doctor.

My boyfriend was told they would contact him when they found him a doctor. HALF A YEAR passes and he calls them, they pretty much said they had no idea what he was talking about, and would contact him back. They leave a message saying nope no doctors available. He pays his taxes, but can’t get any healthcare? And what’s with their hours?! No one working a 9-5 Monday to Friday job can go. They are incompetent!

Worst front desk reception completely un professional. Have never had a positive experience with this place. Embarrassing completely lack respect and care for patients. Over a month wait to see a doctor for anything serious or not. Provide zero help for anyone looking for it. If you enter this place without an appointment be vary careful they will make you feel like the worst human being to walk the earth. If you want to make an appointment it’s completely ruins receptions day and they will make you know it. Zero professionalism and care. Place needs to be closed.

Can only ever get in to see nurse practioners who are just pretending to be doctors, none of them know what they’re talking about. Nurses are rude, only 1 nice receptionist (sam, I believe her name is) the rest make you feel like you’re inconvienencing them by calling. Ive been talked down to, laughed at, made to feel like I was just some hysteric women, and basically abandoned and left in pain. Might as well not have a doctor at all.
