I went to visit this clinic because of a deal I purchased online, for a cleaning with X-rays. The hygienist, Ashley, was very friendly during my appointment. She was very thorough with my cleaning and was great at explaining treatment options to me. (I had one cavity, boo!) There was no pressure to purchase any additional treatments or services, and the office staff was very friendly as well. As I was looking for a new dentist, the deal on the initial appointment and the friendly service sealed the deal – I will be back!

Had a filling done and said it was high in which he said it wasn’t and that once the freezing wears off it will feel different. Then I went to the new dentist and said it felt high and food was getting stuck in between and she brushed me off yet again. It’s so uncomfortable to not be able to bite right but they never seem to care or have time.

The amount of turnover in dentists and hygienists speaks volumes as well. Your teeth are important just as you have a family doctor you should have consistent treatment on your teeth!

The place deserves 0 stars, like seriously, zero stars. Poor dental service and customer service was also zeroooooossssss. I took my kids there for an appointment last year and I told their CS I will NEVER return.

As an update, I mentioned I was at the office last year, I did not say it was “MORE THAN A YEAR AGO”, your response further validates my point! what a service!!!

Wish I could give this place minus stars. Dentist was rude, and should not even be practicing. I will lose two teeth on Christmas Eve because of Dr. Sangha’s ineptitude! She barely looked at the one tooth I had a complaint about, only referred to ONE x-ray the hygienist took, pronounced it infected, and sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics that I had already told her I was allergic to, and a referral to an oral surgeon. A dentist that does not pull teeth! Disgusting!
