Always fun to look, even if they don’t have what I am looking for.

I experienced an unfortunate bad experience at this location on Wednesday August 26th 2020 at 04:45PM. My wife asked if could pick up a curb side order that she placed. My wife specifically prepaid and asked for curbside pick because we cannot wear a mask. We were told to phone the # on the sign in their shipping and receiving door behind the store. I could not find this sign after multiple times driving around the back. I then phoned the store to ask where I was supposed to pick up the curb side order and the person that answered the phoned seemed confused and asked me to come in the store to pick up my order even though they were aware that I had asked for curb side pick up for a reason. I went into the store to pick up order and was greeted by a nice lady that was going to bring me around back to get my order when all of a sudden the staff at the register immediately and loudly proclaimed that I was not allowed in the store. I was confused by this since I was invited into the store by the staff that answered my call just a few minutes before. I explained to the the staff in a calm fashion and they still reiterated that I couldnt be in the store. I asked if someone could please bring me my order then.
The nice lady that initially greeted me at the door then soon came to meet me at the store entrance with my order.
This whole experience made me very uncomfortable as I felt that I was set up by the staff to end up in an impossible situation that they created for me.

My first experience shopping there was disappointing due to poor customer service. I went there again today. The ladies were helpful and patient. I’m happy with my shopping experience this time.

The staff is a mixed bag. Fabric land is one of those places were customer service is essential. I have found too many opinions and “you should do it this way vs that way” approach. Being helpful is one but imposing an opinion. Ouch!!!

There are some helpful staff though. Enjoy the experience folks :)

Most times the service is fine, but there have been instances where some of the staff has been a bit curt with customers.

I do wish the store had a greater diversity of fabrics and notions. They have quite a limited selection of higher end fabrics, but I think the selection meets the needs of most of their client base.
