I gave this tanning salon a second chance after one bad run around experience. That was my mistake. It is unprofessional and untrained staff that the problems begin. Save your time and spend your money where you are valued as a customer. Such a terrible experience.

I am normally easy to please and don’t write reviews often, so the fact that I am writing this one indicates how strongly I feel that what I experienced at this Primrose location was completely unacceptable. Though prior owners and staff have always been great and I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, the brand new owners at this location that served me have turned me off enough that I will not return. They blindsided me with the most relentless sales tactics that bordered on bullying – the worst that I’ve experienced anywhere. I was disappointed that as new owners, they were so pompous and wouldn’t be more professional or courteous to long-standing customers. Obviously they didn’t want my business so they won’t have it.

Nealmanie is the worst owner I have seen the company have in the city for years. If you want to tan I suggest 2nd Ave because this owner will scam you and after I post this review will ban me from the studio. I guess freedom of speech is no longer allowed. What kind of owner bans people from the studio for leaving a bad review. You’d think they’d want to try to make it a better experience for you next time.

While I enjoy getting red light therapy, there has been a pattern of the store not being open at 11am when I have booked my appointments. It is now a big inconvenience when I show up on time for my appointment and no one is there. It would be better to get some notice so I do not waste my time and gas.
