Absolutely fantastic service. We brought our 10 yr old cat in we felt we were informed well at ever stage. Prices were very reasonable for everything that they did and the doctor helped us fix the root of the problem ourselves instead of selling us maintenance-based solutions that would cost more. We really appreciated the honesty. The doctor was also patient, kind and comforting to our pet. It is nice to know that we can bring them to the vet and not have them stressed out by the examination. We would never take our pets anywhere else.

Very professional and quick to respond with an emergency we had with our cat who was experiences symptoms of a stroke. Within minutes they were able to diagnose, and on the phone didn’t turn us away like several other vets around the area. Would highly recommend them and only them if you have a pet emergency in Abbotsford.

If I hadn’t found another vet to follow through on this vets promise, my dog and her puppies would have died. Exercise caution when trusting this vet’s office. We had an x-ray done at a reproductive vet and we told we were in trouble with our dog.. The puppies were too big for her to birth. We wanted to at least let her try to birth naturally so we called this vet’s office (which has been our regular vets office for years now) and asked the vet to be on standby – to which he said he would. He requested that we inform him of the temperature drop and that he would be on hold for us that night should we need an emergency C-section. So, we called yo let them know that her temp had dropped. We were then informed that he would not be on standby for us – our vet of the last 5 years had abandoned us when we really needed him. It was very unprofessional and quite terrifying – to have your vet make you a promise like that and not follow through with it. If I hadn’t’ve found another vet at the last minute, relying on this vets office would have killed my dog and her puppies. I will never trust this vet again – and neither should you. We now go to Alpha Animal Hospital – they were absolutely fantastic. Kind, courteous, professional, and quick to do what needed to be done.
