The restaurant has always been clean during my visits. The staff have always been polite and the food has been consistent.

Never had such horrible service. Was told there would be 15-20 minute wait for my food and after I wait 15 minutes to pay for my food they ask me to pull around front and park so I do. After being parked for awhile I call to make sure my food is still coming as this is getting pathetic and the lobby is now closed and drive thru is only open, the guy who picked up was rude and once he finally brought out my food he basically threw it in my window and walked away without saying a word. Then I get home to uncooked chicken. Biggest waste of time and money, never will I return to this location. Get some better customer service.

Today was a supreme rush on New Year’s Day making orders take longer but the staff working pulled through quite well for the shortage of people they had. Everyone working seemed very polite as per usual. :)

Chicken was not fresh or something wasn’t right? Very rubbery texture and flavor was off. I’ve had chicken from this location before and had a decent experience. Not sure why the chicken had issue…sat around after consuming some of this chicken hoping I wasn’t going to get food poisoning…yikes

I was served by julia and it was the best experience at fast food I’ve ever had
