I purchased a few items at this store and unfortunately things went wrong with my delivery. If it wasn’t for Hailey Matson, I would have cancelled my order. Hailey was professional, understood my frustration and made things right. I appreciated her help and commitment to rectify the situation. She is amazing!

Their choices were plentiful salesperson seemed to eager was always there did not have chance to browse on our own

The salesperson was very nice and helpful, no complaints there. But one of the chairs broke in less than 6 months and it’s been back and forth dealing with them to get it fixed. Literally months and phone calls every week. It still isn’t fixed. I will NEVER purchase from here again.

*Update, it is fixed but waiting over 2 months to get it repaired is inexcusable when you spend thousands of dollars. I shouldn’t have had to track someone down week after week to help me. This is a classic case of not caring about your customers after they have come and gone.

The sales person gave us time to browse then gave us all the time & information we needed to make our decision. The sales person was very friendly & professional.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Leon’s Orillia. The salesman was awesome and so helpful, when I emailed him a few times with questions – he responded right away. I had to have two deliveries and both times the delivery guys were awesome. They were super nice and friendly and assembled all my furniture for me. Super great to deal with!
