I had a great experience at this location. Fred and Mich were very courteous and worked efficiently on my vehicle. I didn’t feel pressured to do extra work on my car, which is something that happened at other Mr. lube location (Gatineau & Ottawa).

I had the automatic transmission fluid and differential fluid changed and I’m very satisfied with the work done.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Keep up the good work and thanks again!

When it comes to this type of service, anyone can do a good oil change or tires replacement. The difference is in the quality of the customer experience.

This is the first and last time I visited this location, for the following reasons:

1.- We all know, after a year through the covid pandemic, that the proper handling of masks can be the difference between living or dying. I usually keep a packet of masks in the glove compartment. When I received my car back, I found all the masks out of the plastic envelope, which was on the floor. It is obvious that, when searching for the tires key, the employee was completely careless and dropped my masks on the floor, then grabbed them with his dirty hands and put them back in the glove compartment. Obviously I had to put them all in the trash as I cannot use them any more. Message I got from you: ‘We don’t care about your health”.

2.- All of the previous times (100%) that I change tires on any store, Mr. Lube or not, I always get the tires back in their plastic bag after the tires were replaced. This time all of my tires were put back in the car out of the plastic bag so I had to do it myself when I got home. Again, the message is “We don’t care about our clients”.

3.- The reason I chose to drive over 20 Kms to Mr. Lube instead of the garage next door was because of the so much advertised promotion about the windshield wipes. I was told that my size was sold out so I asked if I would get a voucher to get them on my next visit, they said NO. Ironically, when I got back home, this Mr. Lube location was still on google maps on my phone, and next to it I saw again the ad for getting the free wipes. So you get the clients out of false promises and you have the excuse ready for it: “while quantities last”.
