Appointment at 4pm, must wait 40 minutes before being picked up, hearing the boss, obviously overwhelmed by events, “whining” after being put on hold on the phone. When my oil change is finished, I am made to wait another 20 minutes in the office for payment, while I still have 3 hours to go. In fact it would probably have been longer but I decided to leave the place and pay the next day by phone being too discouraged by this unacceptable service. Cannot be a reference to R-D-L, you can find better.
