You won’t find any trained esthecians here. Front desk will want to sell you packages at premium pricings. No one really does any consultations. You get a first time discount but it’s not really worth spending time here. I was here to do a deep cleansing facial. It included eye brow threading, hand, shoulder, and head massage. Left with small bruises after threading. No cold compress given after extractions despite asking numerous times for it. Was told mask will provided. Mask was one size fit all paper based type- kept clinging to my eyes corners. The place is small but felt like a make shift clinic not a spa.

I went to this place for the first time the other day after a friend recommended it and they were wonderful.
