First impression when you walk through the door is,very clean and inviting,,then you are greeted by friendly smiling staff. The pilates class interested me,so I enquired,I do have issues with my neck, A lovely physio named Jen assessed me,and came up with a plan tailored to my capability that will enable me to participate in pilates safely .Now that’s caring for your client.Highly reccomend Rebalance Rehab

I have been attending Pilates classes at rebalance rehab and I am absolutely loving it! It’s teaching me the importance of proper posture. The classes are kept small which makes for lots of one on one time with the teacher when I have questions or need help repositioning. Pilates truly has something to offer everyone. I have a issue with my foot that has limited my activity. I have not been able to run without pain for the last two years. Recently I’ve seen a specialist that sent me back to physio with a new plan. I decided to see someone I have not seen before to have a fresh set of eyes on my issue. So along with the specialist recommendation I booked in with Matthew Lock. What I’m most impressed with is how much thought he is putting into the problem with my foot. The exercise and rehab approaches are showing a positive road to recovery. I’m feeling like we are on track to get to the outcome I was hoping for.
