In person, it’s great. Online it’s a totally different story. Order cancelled 2 Boxing Day in a row due to non-availability, although it’s available online. Only one was available on the 26 then 3 the next day. Incroyable

This one of the worst Reno depot EVER! not only does a majority of the staff pretty much run away from you rather then help you.. even if they do help you 50% of the time the employee doesn’t know what the hell there talking about and on top of all that most times there sold out on the item your looking for .. thumbs down unfortunately at the Reno depot in lasalle on Lapierre and newman

The staff was very helpful. The attendant very knowledgeable about tiles. Also he was approachable. Great experience.

Great place to find all what you need for construction , renovation and for the house. Very good quality , very organized . The Staff are friendly and helpful even if you don’t speak French. The staff makes you feel welcome and when ever I want to buy products I always think of this place at first.
