the pharmacists was extremely rude, and unprofessional, i’ve never experienced this type of treatment from someone whose supposed to be a medical professional.

There’s a way to speak with people respectfully even when you are not able to assist fully with a prescription issue.

Your staff needs to be retrained. My wife and I will be using another drug store come the new year.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic started I have shopped at this location twice. Each time there were announcements made for security to scan specific zones of the store. Oddly enough I felt as if I was being watched and followed as I looked for the items I needed in an unfamiliar store. It’s an uneasy feeling….
I get that there have most likely been a higher rate of thefts since the pandemic but it’s an uncomfortable feeling when you know you’re being watched and followed.

It’s okay. As a drugstore should be. One of the pharmacist is really rude. Condescending even. I much rather look up the information than having to speak to her. Really unpleasant experience.

Have been coming to this Beauty Boutique for the past five years: luxury beauty, beauty, fragrance, make-up techniques, general skin care, and the Mother’s Day make-overs. Each time I come in, I have been warmly greeted and served courteously by the knowledgable staff, particularly Annette. I am always happy when I see that she is in when I stop by.
