4 hours wait for a prescription to be filled, given multiple times where they said it would be finished and it wasnr, said I would be called and I wasn’t… Showed up to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready… Multiple excuses given but the bottom line is they seemed to just push it off multiple times… Would not recommend.

Just got my flu shot. Very satisfied with the service. Remember to fill out the prescreen online to save time.

All points lost are directed at the pharmacy who over charged me for my prescriptions by $85. I called shoppers and they said it was because it wasn’t covered under my benefits. I called my benefits company and they confirmed that they do in fact cover the name brand of my prescription as the doc stated no substitutions. Greensheilds told me it’s because the pharmacy chose “customer choice” instead of “doctors choice”. I called shoppers again and they again tried to gaslight me saying it was not covered until I told them that I talked to greensheilds and told them exactly what they did wrong and now finally shoppers is supposedly refunding me the money they had no right to charge me in the first place. I’ll be checking my credit card statements. I couldn’t correct them at the till as I’ve been quarantined and couldn’t pick it up in person so I needed to trust that they knew what they were doing in regards to my prescriptions, which it seems they do not.

called 3 times to refill my prescription, first person said she was too busy to deal with me and would call me back, no call back, second person person said they would get it ready and call when it’s ready for pickup, no call back, third time calling, was on hold for over 20 minutes, someone picked up and said hello, i have to put you on hold, and then i waited longer. super frustrating because i called weeks ago to refill my prescription and no one has called me back or even taken my call. :(

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and I’ve never had such a horrific experience until yesterday. My doctor faxed over my prescription, as he always does, and they didn’t fill it. I called, after waiting 4 hours, and she told me she did “not know why” they didn’t fill it. I asked her to fill it as soon as possible and she told me it would be an additional 2 hours. When I said I needed it sooner, she basically told me “too bad”, even though I had already waited for 4 hours. When I finally showed up 2 hours later, as she told me to, it was not ready. They told me it would be 5-10 minutes and gave me a buzzer. I waited for 30 minutes before someone finally said, “Oh, are you waiting for something?”, as if she hadn’t given me the buzzer 30 minutes prior. Then I find out she never registered the buzzer in the system, so they did not know I was waiting. Then I found out my medication was ready the entire time, and they just didn’t notice. THEN, I find out the woman on the phone actually set my pickup time for 3 hours later instead of 2, despite me telling her I needed it as soon as possible because I had already missed my done. THEN, I got home and realized they gave me the wrong quantity because the woman on the phone ALSO entered the quantity wrong, in addition to the pick-up time. How do you make this many mistakes for one prescription? I seriously do not trust them anymore and will be transferring to a different pharmacy.
