I found the bed I wanted and purchased it. I was told that it would be a week and a half. Three weeks later (double the time I was told) I get a call saying my mattress would be delivered the next day and I would receive a call confirming a 3 hour window of the delivery. I had not received any call half way through the day so I called the store. The gentleman that answered the phone said that my delivery was not scheduled for another 4 days. He said he would get the one that scheduled the delivery to call me back. I have yet to receive this phone call. I am very disappointed with the service that is provided.

Helpful good to do business by phone if you have mobility issues . I got the right advise to choose bed, mattress and pillows had a good deal for us on bedding too. Thanks Tom and everyone.

We placed our order online, so I can’t comment on the sales people instore, but all the help and support I received online was excellent, and the two workers who delivered the mattress today did an excellent job.
