Could not get everything on my list so I will have to go somewhere else to get the rest. Lined up for checkouts too. Must have had some staff shortage or something because its not been the norm lately.

Easy to shop here , quicker for shopping than the bigger grocery stores ..not packed with people like the bigger grocery stores, prices are decent, food variety is decent.

Another good place to shop. Found a product that no other store has. Very good.

I reside in another city and called the store with intent to inquire about the possibility of prepaying for purchases as gifts and arranging for them to be delivered.
The Sobeys representative, Kyle, was friendly, thorough, and explained the options I had.
He went above and beyond to ensure the items I was looking for were in stock and set aside, plus verified the anticipated delivery locations to ensure the best location selection.
The delivery program lead, Dean, called back to confirm details and also helped me enclose personalized messages. Each encounter with every employee of this Sobeys has been terrific.
The friendliness, professionalism and patience are greatly appreciated.

There are other options in St. Albert, but none are as friendly. They carry big brand names and local products. The only negative thing I have to say is that they have dropped the Bailey’s line of coffee creamer and Simply Limeade. All of the floor staff are excellent. They take the time to say “hello” and make you feel welcome. Well done for fostering a positive, welcoming atmosphere!
