It’s hard to do a fair assessment given that COVID-19 throws a wrench into the works everytime. But I am impressed with how the test drive is booked and arrange. Staff, when we got there was courteous, efficient and well versed in COVID-19 precautions. The downside is that we did not get the opportunity to look at the other models. We booked the 3 but would have loved to compare the interior with a Y.

Full self drive is a scam! Paid 8k for it a year ago, scheduled for release December 2019 and still nothing. Even “preview” features like ‘navigate on autopilot’ don’t work in Canada. Meanwhile, they release other small features like “premium connectivity” and insist customers pay for it even though I’m waiting over a year for a feature I already paid for?? 😕

Checked in by staff. Model selections available. Lenient with drive route and time limit. Vehicle sanitized by staff prior to test drive.

Jordan who works at Tesla Robson is phenomenon. As a new Tesla owner, I believed I have asked him more than 20 questions during recent delivery arrangement phone call. I have gotten all me questions answered. He is very attentive and knowledgeable about all the Tesla Products. Excellent customer experience!!!

Javier is awesome! Patient, clear, and never pushy. Answered every single question and was clear on asking about what it is that I wanted. He then gave very specific and helpful advice on what the best model and configuration would be, and carefully walked me through all the most important points as well as things to watch out for.

Protip: If you’re looking to buy a Tesla, do a little bit of research on Youtube and watch some walkthroughs first before coming in. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the number of features and toys that come with the car, but most of them you can find online. While driving, focus on how you like to drive and feel free to pay attention to the nitty gritty details like sound and feel.

And definitely, definitely ask for Javier when you come in.
