Never got an appointment. Told them I was injured at work, she said she would call WSIB to see what I had covered by them and then she would book an appointment. I told her it didn’t matter I had private insurance anyway and would pay upfront. She still insisted on calling WSIB, whatever. Clearly they don’t actually want business, this was 5 days ago and no phone call back. No problem, I’ll take my business elsewhere, your loss. 2 months later I tried calling again. No return phone call. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I won’t be calling a third time. Disgusting practice.
