The Gunn IMS technique has already been a game changer for me after only a few sessions and you were the first and only treatment provider in the past four years of seeking treatment who recommended and offered it. I’ve finally had actual relief from chronic pain/discomfort and already have greater mobility from a few sessions of Gunn IMS than I had from four years of chiropractic treatments, laser/ultrasound, massage therapies, physiotherapy exercises, and acupuncture. Very much appreciated!

I have attended this Total Physio on a few occasions and have always received excellent treatment from the Physiotherapist, Ash and the staff. I would not consider going anywhere else!

Never got an appointment. Told them I was injured at work, she said she would call WSIB to see what I had covered by them and then she would book an appointment. I told her it didn’t matter I had private insurance anyway and would pay upfront. She still insisted on calling WSIB, whatever. Clearly they don’t actually want business, this was 5 days ago and no phone call back. No problem, I’ll take my business elsewhere, your loss. 2 months later I tried calling again. No return phone call. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I won’t be calling a third time. Disgusting practice.

After trying to get treatment at other facilities, I found the staff at total physio the most helpful to take care of my injury. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to understand and properly care for their patients. As a personal trainer that lives in the area, I have recently gone to Venkata for some treatment and with the expertise that he poses I would recommend him highly to anyone.
