They are not very honest.

I was TERRIFIED of the dentist. I wasn’t able to go for over a decade. My good friend referred me to Townley Dental and it was the GREATEST thing I’ve done in a long time. The staff is extremely supportive, kind, and comforting. I was able to complete my procedure with no issues whatsoever. I reccomend any and everyone to Townley Dental! I promise you you’ll never regret it

Got dental work done. They quoted me 1157$ with taxes. I was scheduled for three visits. After my first visit every visit I made I had to spend 1 hour getting the invoice corrected. Second visit bill for due 300 they wanted to charge me 750$. After 1 hour of argument at the reception they fixed the bill.Third and last visit I was due 250$ and they charged me 800$ 1 hour of argument and suddenly the receptionist walks off and send a new trainee I felt humiliated in front of other patients they don’t care they will YELL AT YOU FOR NO REASON. i ended up paying 550$ more than my actual qoute. Plus they promised a full cleaning and polish which at the last appointment they denied.

So PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS CLINIC. Management is a time waste doctor is okay. Very rude people. First visit will be very pleasant after that you will REGRET.

Dr. Zahra Remtulla is my dentist and she is the absolute best! I travel all the way from the downtown core just to see her and it’s definitely worth it. Her staff always make me feel comfortable and welcomed. When I had my fillings done, it was quick and painless. She knows her stuff and is very experienced. I’ll be coming here for many more years to come!

Absolutely the best dental office!! I’ve been going here for the past 12yrs. I moved a couple yrs ago and myself and other family members drive 2hrs each way for our appts!! Very friendly and such amazing staff members- the receptionists, (Mary) dental assistants (Mervat and Angje) the hygienist (Nadine!) and the dentists, Dr Zahra Remtulla- who is the owner, and Dr Kerbel. 🦷 🪥 👩🏽‍⚕️
