I have been satisfied for 2-3 years, but you have changed technicians for 1-2 years and the treatment is no longer effective.
I called 3 times to ask for my ex-technician, because he was doing a great job and his treatments were 100% effective. Last year, I started to find insects again here and there in the house (earwigs, centipedes, spiders other insects that I cannot identify) and this, despite the fact that I always have them treated. exterior and interior …. With my old technician, there were no more insects in the house.
Despite my calls to ask for this to be corrected (because the treatment is “supposed to be guaranteed”), I was told 2 times that the manager would call me back, which he never did.

So I want to cancel my contract with “V”. I find that extremely unfortunate. All this could have been avoided if I had simply been returned my call to correct the situation.
